To make necessary arrangements for our three Annual ETFO Dinner Meetings:setting dates/times, booking facility/caterer/bartender, arranging for guest speakers/entertainment, purchasing door prizes, buying/ordering table centerpieces, buying munchies/liquor/pop, setting up/decorating the hall, collecting ticket money at the door
